Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms govern your use of www.disruptone.com (the "Site"), operated by DisruptOne, of 34c Prince Alaba Abiodun Oniru Alaba Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria ("DisruptOne", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who This Site Is For
This Site is a corporate and business-development website for DisruptOne. It is intended for prospective customers, partners, candidates and other parties interested in DisruptOne's services and capability — not for consumers, and not for submitting confidential or commercially sensitive information ahead of a signed agreement.
3. Content and How to Read It
Content on this Site describes DisruptOne's capabilities, technology and intentions. We take care to distinguish between:
Capability — what DisruptOne is structured to deliver, directly or through its partner network;
Illustrative or conceptual material — solution architectures and examples explicitly labelled as illustrative, which describe how a solution can be designed, not a completed deployment; and
Completed work — which, at present, this Site does not claim to have, consistent with DisruptOne being a new company.
Nothing on this Site should be read as a guarantee of results, a binding quotation, or a representation of a specific past project unless expressly stated as such.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, text, graphics, logo and underlying code are owned by DisruptOne or used under licence, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. The DisruptOne name and logo may not be used without our permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system; introduce malware or disruptive code; scrape or harvest data from the Site at scale; or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form.
6. Third-Party Links
Where this Site links to third-party websites, those sites are outside our control and this policy does not extend to them. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
7. No Warranty
The Site is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, or that its content is complete or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DisruptOne will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud.
9. Enquiries and No Obligation
Submitting an enquiry through this Site does not create a contract, partnership, or client relationship between you and DisruptOne. Any engagement is only formed once both parties sign a separate written agreement setting out its terms.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data submitted through this Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the Site and our business evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@disruptone.com.
